The North Carolina Team of the Foundation for Financial Education is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free education and resources in the workplace and community. F³E of North Carolina has helped thousands of individuals become more financially fit by understanding the financial pitfalls they encounter in their everyday lives. F³E webinars are considered to be informative, entertaining and educational.
Our webinars offer many benefits not only to those who attend, but to the companies and organizations that host us as well. Attendees will have a better understanding of the financial world in which they live, and how to best navigate that world. Host companies create goodwill by providing this completely free resource to their employees and clients.
Our webinars are offered free-of-charge to companies, churches, and other organizations
Our webinars raise morale and empower the attendees to “step it up” and take control of their finances.
Our webinars help attendees to improve their health and wellness.
Our webinars are not sales events. We do not market, sale or endorse products or services during webinars.
Over the past few years, F³E has served organizations such as The Alzheimer’s Association, Johns Hopkins University, MCPS, The Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union, and many more. F³E has also been responsible for providing educational resources to state and federal government employees at agencies such as Pentagon, FDA, Dept. of Interior, Walter Reed Medical Center, Lowes, Sears, Wells Fargo and Cooper Tire among many others.

Spencer Prince is the Director of Operations at the North Carolina Chapter of the Foundation for Financial Education.
Born and raised in California, Spencer has always had a strong desire to serve others. Spencer’s family and his faith are front and center in his life. After attending college in Sacramento, Spencer graduated from the Sacramento Sheriff’s Academy and served as a Law Enforcement Officer for ten years. Here, he learned the value of hard work, commitment and honor.
In 2004, Spencer met Ron Roberts and developed a keen interest in the importance of proper estate and retirement planning. Seeing loved ones experience unnecessary loss and hardship in retirement has made Spencer passionate about securing his and others’ financial future. In 2006, following Ron’s mentorship, Spencer chose to enter the profession of retirement and financial planning.
Spencer has been married to his wife Melanie for 23 years, and they have four children. He enjoys sports, staying active and spending time with his family. Spencer has worked extensively with youth as a high school ROP Law Enforcement teacher, a counselor for at-risk youth and a youth football coach. Spencer has a deep desire to teach youth to live with honor, courage, faith and integrity. He is a proponent for devoting time, energy and resources to helping abused, abandoned and at-risk youth find loving homes and environments where they are able to be loved, nurtured and ultimately discover their true value.
